Yes it can. Some article I have read before said that toothpastes contain several active ingredients that can dry the pimples and make it disappear faster than just let it disappear. However here i recommend it is better to use the pimples cream where we can easily found in the market or pharmacy. For me the active ingredients in toothpaste can dry out the face skin only..
